PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remover, particularly a foaming remover which is much easier to handle than conventional removers and quickly and surely removes the fouling of resin molding dies caused by gases stuck to them, without damaging dies. SOLUTION: The remover is used to remove the fouling of resin molding dies caused by the gases stuck to them and is composed of a chemical agent containing 10-30 mass% of a glycol ether, 10-40 mass% of an aromatic hydrocarbon and/or an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent, 3-40 mass% of one or more than one kind of a specific nonionic surfactant and/or anionic surfactant and 10-50% of water relative to 100% of the total agent. Preferably, the chemical agent contains a preservative such as sodium benzoate and an antiseptic such as a benzotriazole in an amount of 0.01-1.0% of the agent. The foaming remover for removing the fouling of resin molding dies caused by gases stuck to them is obtained by charging 60-90 pts.volume of the agent and 20-40 pts.volume of a propellant such as LPG for foaming into a foaming aerosol spray can, followed by sealing.
