PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer data according to transfer control information by enabling successive setting of transfer control information through a simple structure. SOLUTION: This DMA (direct memory access) transfer system 1 comprises a transfer control information storage part 20a provided within a storage area corresponding to a specific address within an IRAM (intelligent random access memory) 20 and storing transfer control information for transferring data from the IRAM 20 to an external memory 30; a register 12 in which transfer control information is set; and a DMA transfer control part 11 performing, upon input of a DMA transfer request signal TRS, the data transfer from the IRAM 20 to the external memory 30 according to the transfer control information set in the register 12, and acquiring transfer control information from the transfer control information storage part 20a. The DMA transfer control part 11 resets the transfer control information acquired from the transfer control information storage part 20a in the register 12 after transferring data according to the transfer control information set in the register 12.
