PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of storing of offset occurring in each IC due to temperature, and the number of times of measuring the offset. SOLUTION: From a relation of temperature and an offset quantity occurring in each IC 101 and 107 due to the temperature, a formula calculation means 123 calculates a characteristic formula of the temperature and the offset quantity of the IC. From the formula and the detected temperature of the IC, an offset calculation means 124 calculates the offset to obtain the offset quantity even at an unmeasured temperature. Thus, interruption of servo processing for measuring the offset quantity is no longer required, so that servo processing performance of an optical disk device is improved and deterioration of servo following performance is prevented.
