PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing efficiency of image processing by SIMD computing and to apply image processing matching attributes of respective image areas constituting a scan image. SOLUTION: This image processor is provided with an input means inputting image data, a division means dividing an image shown by the image data into a plurality of blocks, a determination means analyzing the respective blocks divided by the division means and determining attributes of the blocks, a register reading and storing pixel values of pixels belonging to the block from the image data by pixels, which counts the number complying with the attributes determined by the determination means, in the main scanning direction as to each of the blocks divided by the division means, and an image processing means operating SIMD computing for image processing matching the attributes determined by the determination means on each of the pixel values stored in the register.
