PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform fastening locking. SOLUTION: This locking device 100 has a locking body 100a and receiving metal 108 for locking this locking body. The locking body has a lever body 102 for forming an operation end part 151 and a revolving end part 152 being its opposite end part in the longitudinal direction, a pedestal 104 for journaling the revolving end part, and a latch 106 supported between the operation end part and the revolving end part. The operation end part is provided with a lock means 134 separably fixed to a clamp 132 arranged in a position opposed to the operation end part of the pedestal when locking the latch to the receiving metal. This lock means includes an operation shaft part 136 reciprocatable in the width direction of the lever body, an engaging part 138 installed in this operation shaft part and separably fixed to the clamp when the lever body revolves in the approaching direction so as to close to the pedestal, and a second elastic member 140 for locking this engaging part to the clamp by energizing this engaging part outside in the width direction.
