PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower greeting card having a cultivation pot part which is free from transforming or breaking even if giving water or growing a plant to stretch roots out, securing soil stability, making stretch of roots even, and having good stability even when a plant grows. SOLUTION: This flower greeting card comprises a sheet part 31 which has two vertically openable door parts 31b and 31c which are divided by an almost central polygonal line 31a, and a waterproof cultivation pot part 32 which is folded and held inside the sheet part 31 and whose one side is stuck to the side of the door part 31c of the upper side of the sheet part 31. The cultivation pot part 32 has a bottom which is arranged in a freely slidable manner on the door part 31b of the lower side of the sheet part 31, and has a pull part 325 for transforming the cultivation pot part 32 from a folded state to a pot-like opened state.
