PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sowing tool capable of sowing the necessary amount of seeds, and not particularly requiring labor such as thinning, etc. SOLUTION: This sowing tool comprises an outer casing (1), inner casing (20) positioned at its inside of it by taking a prescribed distance with the outer casing, and a rotating carrier (30) installed as rotatable between both of the casings (1, 20). At the inner casing, seed-passing hole (23), at the rotating carrier, a seed pocket (34) and at the outer casing, a seed-discharging hole (12) are installed. By rotation-driving the rotating carrier by a handle and matching the seed pocket (34) with the seed passing hole (23), the 1-2 seeds are held in the seed pocket (34), and further by rotation-driving to match the pocket with the seed-discharging hole (12), the seeds are sown from the discharging hole through a chute pipe (50).
