[PROBLEMS] To find out a protein interacting with MAST205 to thereby provide a means of regulating the function of MAST205 and a means useful in preventing or treating diseases caused by abnormality in MAST205. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] It is clarified that MAST205 binds to DCTN1, TIAM1, MLK3, MKK3/4/6/7 and p38 MAPK, phosphorylates DCTN1, participates in the phosphorylation of MKK3/4/6, p38 MAPK and JNK and participates in cell migration and infiltration. Thus, it is intended to provide a method of inhibiting cell migration and an inhibitor therefor characterized by inhibiting the expression and/or function of MAST205; a method of inhibiting cancer metastasis and an inhibitor therefor; a method of inhibiting angiogenesis and an inhibitor therefor; and a method of identifying a compound having an activity of inhibiting cell migration, a compound inhibiting the binding of MAST205 to DCTN1, TIAM1, MLK3, MKK3/4/6/7 or p38 MAPK or a compound inhibiting the phosphorylation of DCTN1 and TIAM1 by MAST205 and a reagent kit therefor.
