<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple work support system capable of easily making a user performing a plurality of pieces of business in parallel return to business from which the user is withdrawn. <P>SOLUTION: The multiple work support system 1 supports the user performing a plurality of pieces of the business containing conversational business in parallel. The multiple work support system 1 has a progressive-prearrangement generator 312 generating the progressive prearrangement of the conversational business on the basis of related data of the conversational business, and an utterance-information acquiring section 311 acquiring the utterance information of a participator participating in the conversational business. The multiple-work support system 1 further has a progressive-status decision section 313 deciding the current progressive status of the conversational business from the utterance information of the participator of the conversational business and languages appearing during the progressive prearrangement of the conversational business.
