<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow golf club head which keeps a face member fastened to the face opening portion of a head body and permits a reduction in manufacturing costs by efficiently improving the repulsion performance of the face member. <P>SOLUTION: The hollow golf club head has the head body 14 having the face opening portion 12 in a face side 10 and the face member 16 blocking the face opening portion.
