PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive connector in which required insulation between electrodes is ensured and required electrical connection is surely achieved even if a pitch of electrodes is minute and arranged in a very dense state, to provide a method of manufacturing it, and to provide an electric inspection device of an adaptor device and a circuit device. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive connector has an elastic anisotropic conductive film in which a plurality of conductive path forming parts extending in the thickness direction are mutually insulated by an insulating part, and an ultraviolet ray absorbing material is contained only in the conductive path forming parts. The conductive path forming parts are obtained by laser processing of an conductive elastomer layer containing the ultraviolet ray absorbing material by an ultraviolet ray laser. The insulating part is obtained when a material layer for an insulating part composed of a polymer material forming material to become an elastic polymer material by being cured is formed and by means that curing treatment is applied between the conductive path forming parts.
