PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin material molding die which favorably molds a skin material. SOLUTION: In this skin material molding die 1, a second grain layer 3 for which a finer aluminum grid is fixed with an epoxy resin is formed on a first grain layer 2 for which the aluminum grid is fixed with the epoxy resin, and a resin sheet 4 on which a wrinkle pattern is formed is bonded to the top of the second grain layer 3. On the resin sheet 4, a plurality of ventilation holes 41 are bored, and a negative pressure is introduced from the first grain layer 2 side under a state in which the skin material SK is placed between the resin sheet 4 and a partner die MD to mold the skin material SK. In a V section for which the second grain layer 3 is laminated in the vertical direction so that the side of a standing wall section WL of a base die BM is covered, a plurality of tube members 9 are arranged in order to circulate air by connecting the first grain layer 2 and the second grain layer 3.
