<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner preventing or reducing health problems of a person spending his/her time in an internal space of a cooled and/or heated room. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioners A, B cools and/or heats a room of a building having rooms 36, 37, 38 in an interior. They are comprised by providing heat exchange means using a heating medium for cooling or heating an atmosphere in an adjacent space being a space opposite to the internal space of the room of both spaces partitioned by a partition wall defining the room.
