<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a device processing history storage system, and a device processing history storage method which are capable of reinforcing a measure against unauthorized access to a job history. <P>SOLUTION: When a terminal starts requesting print to a printer, a printer driver of the terminal describes print source information in a PJL command in print data and transmits the print data to the printer, and the printer generates a URL for history, which corresponds to the print source information and is not duplicate on the printer, and stores corresponding information and stores the URL for history and a print history in association with each other and causes the PJL command to include the URL for history and transmits the PJL command, and the printer driver of the terminal displays history access information.
