<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic structure which is lightweight and exhibits high rigidity, in spite of a large-sized article. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic structure is characterized in that it is bonded and united together in an article consisting of a ceramic plate having on at least one side a rugged surface formed with a plurality of continued groove parts and of a ceramic plate having a flat surface opposite to the above rugged surface and also in that the above groove part is formed semicircular in the cross section and the groove parts and the adjacent groove parts formed on the above rugged surface are linked consecutively by way of flat parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
