POLYURETHANE AQUEOUS DISPERSION FOR HEAT-RESISTANT HEAT-SENSITIVE SHEET BINDER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND COMPOSITION USING THE AQUEOUS DISPERSION AND HEAT-SENSITIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane aqueous dispersion for heat-resistant sheet binders which exhibit sufficient adhesiveness, even when undercoat layers are not used, and have good heat resistance and good printing characteristics.

SOLUTION: (A1) (A) A polyol comprising (A1) at least one polyesterpolyol and/or (A2) at least one polycarbonatepolyol and (H) a hydroxyl group-containing active hydrogen compound containing at least one anionic hydrophilic group and at least one active hydrogen-containing group are reacted with (B) an organic polyisocyanate to obtain (C) an intermediate prepolymer. A part or all of the molecular terminal isocyanate groups of (C) the intermediate prepolymer are reacted with (D) an alkoxysilane derivative having at least one active hydrogen-containing group to obtain (E) a urethane prepolymer. The anionic hydrophilic groups of (E) the urethane prepolymer are neutralized with ammonia to obtain (F) a hydrophilic group-containing aqueous polyurenthane resin emulsified or dispersed in water.
