<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping mall system easy to use and having a help function that can solve a problem on the spot. <P>SOLUTION: An operation server device 100 of a shopping mall comprises a Web page storing section 140 storing a plurality of Web pages, and a help information storing section 150 storing help information. Upon receiving a transmission request of help information on the predetermined Web page from a client device, a control section 110 reads help information on the Web page from the help information storing section 150, prepares a list page having the list, and transmits it to the client device.
