SOLUTION: Corresponding to a destination station ("▵▵ station") of information regarding the range of a passenger ticket displayed on an area 1291 of a screen 1290 of a display of a portable device held by a user, additional information to be displayed on an area 1293 is transmitted. The additional information means a service or article provided near the destination station or a coupon with which an excess fare is charged on an advertiser. Furthermore, an advertisement including the coupon or the like may also be added to data to be viewed as contents, and transmitted to a portable device.
