<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a member to record exercise information by an easy operation without the trouble of searching his or her chart in fitness facilities and enables the member to confirm exercise information even on the outside of the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: When the member terminates exercise and writes his or her member ID, name, exercise contents, etc. on a recording paper 2 with an electronic pen 1 and then checks a transmission indication box 24, the electronic pen 1 transmits data in a memory 12 to a transmitter 3 by radio, and the transmitter 3 transmits the received data to an information management server 4.
