<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of quite simply positioning an optical sheet by own-weight of the optical sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet 30 is disposed on an opening part of a backlight chassis 21. In the optical sheet 30, the center of one side (lower side) becomes recessed toward the center of the optical sheet 30 and two straight lines which connect the center 30a of the recessed lower side and both ends 30m, 30n of the lower side are formed. Further, the edge part of the opening side of a side wall of the backlight chassis 21 has a step part 21m having a shape corresponding to the shape of the optical sheet. Then, the optical sheet 30 is disposed on a step part 21m, a frame body 25 having an opening part 25a of an area smaller than the area of the optical sheet 30 is disposed from the above side and is attached to the backlight chassis 21 by vises 28. The optical sheet 30 is moved along the side wall of the step part of the backlight chassis 21 by own-weight and, when the center 30a coincides with the correspondence point, the movement of the optical sheet 30 is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
