SERVICE EVALUATION APPARATUS AND SERVICE EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service evaluation apparatus and a service evaluation method which are based on customers' subjective sense of value when providing a new service to customers.

SOLUTION: The service evaluation system includes; a means for inputting functional benefits being functions which a service provides, and degrees of importance to the functional benefits for the customers; a classifying means for classifying the functional benefits in accordance with characteristics; a means for calculating average values of the degrees of importance to respective classified functional benefits; and a means for outputting combinations of average values of the degrees of importance.
