<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform navigation to a desired task using an analysis object word. <P>SOLUTION: A message extraction part 20 extracts a message for each task from an analysis object task group. An analysis part 21 analyzes the messages morphologically to extract keywords. An analysis object word selection part 22 deletes unnecessary words from the keywords and calculates a keyword score for each keyword to narrow analysis object words. A correspondence analysis part 24 analyzes an emergence pattern of analysis object word (keyword) for each task by correspondence analysis. A display part 25 maps the tasks and the analysis object words on a two-dimensional plane, and displays current tasks, tasks a user participants in and tasks the user does not participate in while varying the respective display forms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
