PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effects on an image formed by an ultrasonic image formation apparatus or an endoscope apparatus by surely removing noise generated from a motor. SOLUTION: A noise removing filter 25 is connected to the both of a positive electrode 20a and a negative electrode 20b of the motor 20, an interval between the motor 20 and a chassis 21 is provided with an insulating member 22 for electrically separating them from each other, and an exterior metal 20E of the motor 20 is connected to the ground GND via the filter 25. This constitution can remove the noise leaked from the positive electrode 20a and the negative electrode 20b, prevent the transmission of the noise from the motor 20 to the chassis 21, and remove the noise from the motor exterior metal 20E by the filter 25 to provide a high noise reducing effect.
