PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an operating time to improve operation efficiency while suppressing the occurrence of operation errors to enhance reliability by facilitating accurate selection/determination of an operation menu. SOLUTION: This controller 100 comprises a display part 110 for displaying operation menus 2A-2I. Items 115-118 of sub-menus in the operation menus classified in an operation system are displayed by pressing one of operation system specifying keys 131, and the desired item is selected and determined out of these items.
