PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low-cost pressure transmitter. SOLUTION: In this pressure transmitter, a seal diaphragm impressed with a process pressure communicates with a sensor for pressure measurement via a communicating path provided in a body with a filler liquid put in the communicating path. This pressure transmitter is characterized by being equipped with a diaphragm joined to the body and caused to communicate with the seal diaphragm via the communicating path and a withstand pressure reference chamber formed so as to cover the diaphragm with compressed gas put therein.
