PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet treatment device which secures stability in the transporting direction of the ejected sheets and ejecting the sheets certainly. SOLUTION: A post-treatment device is equipped with: a treatment tray 6 including a sheet supporting surface 6a to support the received sheet M from below; a belt 44 having a sheet transporting surface 44a to form a plane identical to the sheet supporting surface 6a and contacting with the undersurface of the sheet M at the sheet transporting surface 44a; an upstream pulley 42 and a downstream pulley 43 wherearound the belt 44 is wrapped and which are arranged in the same axial direction; a pulley driving motor 45 connected with the upstream pulley 42 and transporting the sheet M on the sheet supporting surface 6a in the transporting direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the pulley by rotating the belt 44 in the first direction; and a transport roller 50 having a rotary shaft coaxial to the downstream pulley 43 and ejecting sheets M from the treatment tray 6 to downstream in the transporting direction while it is rotated in the first direction.
