PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering member which prevents entering of water to a portion neighborhood to an oil feed port without increasing an outer diameter of a fuel lid. SOLUTION: A dam part projected in an axial direction of an outer covering part and extending in a circumferential direction of the outer covering part is provided on at least apex part of the outer covering part of the covering member, and a trough-like guide part is formed with a surface of the dam part and a surface of the outer covering part. By forming the trough-like guide part on the outer covering part, water flowing along a body and arriving at near an outer opening is guided by a guiding part and flows on a surface of the outer covering part in a circumferential direction.
