PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large concrete form moving truck capable of safely carrying a large concrete form, and being simply used. SOLUTION: The moving truck is made by combining one or more independent upper units and one or more lower units. The upper unit is composed of a mounting form with a C-shaped cross section placed on an upper end portion of a large concrete form and covering the upper end portion of the form, a pair of upper and lower roller supporting plates protrusively provided on the outside portion of either one side of the mounting form and a wall surface roller journaled between the upper and lower roller supporting plates so as to roll. The lower unit is used for placing a lower end of the large concrete form, and composed of a holding form with an H-shaped cross section, a pair of upper and lower roller supporting plates protrusively provided on the outside portion of either one side of the holding frame, a plurality of wall surface rollers journaled between the upper and lower roller supporting plates so as to roll, and a plurality of moving rollers journaled in a lower side space portion of the holding form so as to roll while always contacting with a ground surface.
