PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for efficiently attaching and detaching a connecting pin while holding components other than the connecting pin. SOLUTION: The connector 3 is provided with the connecting pin 4 inserted into a through-hole 23 of a piece 2 and formed with an engaging recessed part 45, and an engaging pin 5 formed inside the piece 2 and housed in a housing space 24 connected to the through-hole 23. The engaging pin 5 is provided so as to be protruded and withdrawn relative to the through-hole 23 and has an engaging small diameter part 51 energized in a direction of being protruded into the through-hole 23. When the connecting pin 4 is inserted into the through-hole 23, the engaging small diameter part 51 of the engaging pin 5 is engaged with the engaging recessed part 45 of the connecting pin 4. Since the engaging pin 5 is housed in the housing space 24 of the piece 2, the engaging pin 5 is held by the piece 2 even if the connecting pin 4 is attached or detached. Thus, the engaging pin 5 is prevented from being detached from the piece 2 or from falling and the connecting pin 4 is efficiently attached and detached. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
