The invention relates to a method for increasing the hydrophobicity of an external punched coating (3) for a chemical and/or biological analysis device (1) such as a biochip, wherein said device comprises a substrate (2) and a coating which covers said substrate by encompassing a plurality of cuvettes (4) used for fixing chemical and/or biological reagents in order to form analysis sites. Methods for producing the inventive analysis device are also disclosed. The inventive method for increasing the hydrophobicity of said external coating (3) consists in treating said coating by means of an organic plasma selected from a group consisting of fluorocarbon plasmas and siloxane group plasmas for depositing a hydrophobe film (7) on said coating in such a way that the volume of said reagent located around said film is optimised for each cuvette. |
