摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a connection part connected to a rod (18), an elongated flexible link (14) comprising two distinct portions (42, 44) disposed in recesses on same side of the rod. An adjustable locking unit is mounted on the connection part. The part defines a through path (46) for the link such that portions of the link are engaged with the path for defining a link part that forms a loop (48) extending from a side of the connection part and two free ends (50, 52) extending from another side of the connection part. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for being mounted on a vertebra of vertebral column for fixing vertebral to a rod for scoliosis treatment and for correcting abnormal bends of a vertebral column. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The system permits a surgeon to exert traction on the free ends of the link until a sufficient tension of the link around vertebral apophysis is obtained, thus preventing impingement risks between the link and interior surface of transverse process, and hence ensuring effective integration of vertebra posterior arc on the transverse process.
