DOUBLE-STRANDED RNA OLIGONUCLEOTIDE FOR INHIBITING TYROSINASE EXPRESSION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapeutic method based on inhibition of tyrosinase activity.

SOLUTION: The novel double-stranded RNA oligonucleotide for decreasing tyrosinase expression is used for a cosmetic and pharmaceutical use, and for reducing tyrosinase expression and obtained by the association thereof with cationic particles less than or equal to 1 μm size, with a zeta potential of between 10 and 80 mV.
