<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system, a printing method, and a printer, which can print out print graphics which cannot be housed in a character box without omitting them when alphabetic data transmitted by radio from a communication terminal is printed out by the printer. <P>SOLUTION: When alphabetic data transmitted from a cellular phone is received and printed out by the printer, an alphabetic data extraction section 54b extracts the number of characters from the alphabetic data after data analysis. A section 54d for determining the exceeding of the number of characters reads information required for determining the exceeding of the number of characters from print template data, compares it with the alphabetic data, and changes a print font size according to the comparison result. An XHTML-Print data formation section 54e inserts the received alphabetic data in a relevant part of the print template data to form XHTML data.
