<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the determining method of order for mounting components with the short tact time per one sheet of substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of determining the mounting order of components, a component mounting machine including a rotary head attracts the component from a component supplying unit while being rotated about a predetermined axis to mount the component on the substrate. The method comprises a classifying step (S1) for classifying the objective components for mounting into a plurality of groups based on the allowable maximum moving speed of the substrate upon mounting the components; and a mounting order determining steps (S2-S4) for selecting a predetermined pieces of component among the components classified into a group having the maximum allowable maximum moving speed, so that a time necessary to attract the component of a predetermined piece to the rotary head from the beginning of attracting operation of component by the rotary head becomes maximum, and then for determining the mounting order of components so as to mount the predetermined pieces of component on the substrate at first. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
