<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent liquid crystal display panel which is capable of shortening the time for forming a contact hole and has satisfactory efficiency of manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The transflective liquid crystal display panel 10 comprises a first substrate in which a switching element and a pixel electrode 19 are disposed on each position divided by a signal line 13 and a scanning line 12 matrically arranged, and a reflection part 15 and a transmission part 16 are formed on each pixel electrode, wherein an interlayer film 17 of separating the pixel electrode 19 from the switching element is formed at least on the reflection part 15 of the first substrate; a reflection plate 18 is disposed on the lower part of the pixel electrode; the reflection plate 18 has a notch part 35 on the surrounding thereof; and the pixel electrode 19a of the reflection part is electrically connected with an electrode of the switching element via a contact hole 20 formed in the interlayer film corresponding to the notch part 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
