<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the vibration of a plunger 15 opening and closing the relief holes 13, 14 of an oil pump. <P>SOLUTION: When the discharge oil pressure of the pump is raised, the plunger 15 is retarded against the biasing of a spring to open the relief holes 13, 14. In this case one relief hole 13 opens prior to the other relief hole 14. The opening width of the portion 13b of the one relief valve 13 which is opened prior to the other is reduced to prevent the opening area of the relief hole from being abruptly changed when the plunger 15 is advanced and retreated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
