PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce any load to be imposed on a server device in an information processing system equipped with an IC chip, a client device and a server device connected to the client device for supporting the execution of predetermined processing by the IC chip in response to a request from the client device. SOLUTION: A client device 102 is provided with a command designating part 122 for designating one or more commands necessary for the execution of predetermined processing; an encryption request transmitting part 120 for transmitting an encryption request to request the generation and encryption of one or more commands designated by a command generating part to the server device; a command receiving part 126 for receiving one or more encrypted commands from the server device; and a command using part 130 for using one or more encrypted commands when executing predetermined processing.
