PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve properties for inserting, taking out and holding a container. SOLUTION: A supporting member 20 with a tip 20A projecting in a container receiving part 16 is constituted to elastically hold the container, and elastically supported to be tilted in directions for taking in and out the container. The supporting member 20 can be tilted in the directions for inserting and taking out the container. Thus, the cup holder is excellent in properties for inserting and taking out the container. Further, the tip 20A has a wide movable range, and thus the container can be held at an optimum holding position when the position is within the movable range of the tip 20A even though the containers are vertically different in optimum holding positions.
