PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of ensuring good riding comfort and steering stability with a simple structure. SOLUTION: When a vehicle 2 makes a right turn, a fluid is transferred from cylinders 55FR, 55RR on the expansion side to front-left and rear-left cylinders 55FL, 55RL on the contraction side by the action of front and rear bilateral pumps 28F, 28R. The force for stroke in the direction of a vehicle body 3 is applied to each piston of the cylinders 55FL, 55RL. This force is applied to the vehicle body via each piston rod 16, and suppresses the roll motion, and ensures good riding comfort and steering stability accordingly. For the roll motion in the opposite direction, the fluid is transferred in the opposite direction.
