PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel cleaning apparatus capable of efficiently and continuously carrying out a panel cleaning work. SOLUTION: The panel cleaning apparatus is constituted of a cleaning roller mechanism 3 for cleaning both surfaces of a panel by the rotation of its rollers, a panel introduction section 4 that introduces a panel to the cleaning roller mechanism 3, and a panel discharge section 5, which are disposed in a panel conveying path. The panel introduction and discharge sections 4 and 5 are each equipped with a pair of nip rollers 41, 42 for holding and conveying a panel. The cleaning roller mechanism 3 is constituted of a pair of cleaning rollers 3a, 3b that simultaneously clean both sides of a panel. The main body of each of the cleaning rollers 3a, 3b is spirally wound with a belt shaped cleaning tape 31. A cleaning liquid ejection section 6 that ejects a cleaning liquid onto a panel is disposed in the vicinity of the cleaning roller mechanism 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
