PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually detachable device of a medical connector in which an operation mechanism is simplified and operability is improved. SOLUTION: The manually detachable device of the medical connector is provided with a first connector holder 60 and a first cap holder 92 capable of respectively holding a first connector 1 and a first connector cap 3 and a second connector holder 93 and a second cap holder 45 capable of respectively holding a second connector 2 and a second connector cap 4, and is provided with a main disk 50 for attachment or detachment of the connectors. The manually detachable device is provided with a pull-out part 403 to be pulled out to the outside of a device body so as to set the first connector 1 on which the first connector cap 3 is put to the first connector holder 60, and a connector rotating means for rotating the first connector 1 or the first connector cap 3 around an axis and loosening the connection of the first connector 1 and the first connector cap 3 in the process of housing the pull-out part 403 to which the first connector 1 is set into the device body.
