The invention relates to a door arrester device comprising a door retaining bar, a braking body, which co-operates with the door retaining bar and produces a braking force that can be adjusted in relation to the door retaining bar, and an actuating device (18), which registers the position of the door retaining bar and controls the braking force of the braking body in relation to the door retaining bar. The aim of the invention is to provide a door arrester device with a simple construction that is easy to use. To achieve this, the door retaining bar has a defined magnetic field (12) and the device is equipped with an induction coil (11) that captures the magnetic field (12) of the door retaining bar. |
