The bollard has a modular structure (10) that is made of metal, plastic or materials with similar properties. The structure has a rotatable guide rod (4) in a bottom sleeve (3) that is inserted or screwed with a spike (1). A T-shaped end cap (5), an extension and an attachment are provided at an upper end of the structure over a thread. The extension is together rotatable with the guide rod. The end cap is attached to the rotatable guide rod and is formed in round or angular shape.
