The implant has a set of jaw anchorages (2, 3, 4), where the implant is held in a jaw bone by the jaw anchorages. The anchorages have a head area supporting the implant, where the implant retains a movement path axially in the direction of the jaw bone in a mounted condition. The implant transfers the pressure force to a gum, where the maximum axial adjusting path of the implant is adjusted. The anchorages form the movement protection for the implant. A sliding coupling (7) has a large opening (9) for the head area.
