CHITOSAN PRODUCT AND A METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF

The invention relates to producing biologically active chitosan products and the derivatives thereof and can be used for producing cosmetic, cosmetic treating and pharmacological preparations, biologically active food additives and food products. The inventive modified chitosan product exhibiting a neutral pH reaction and having a chitosan particle plastic structure, is embodied in the form of fractal chitosan particles whose nanofractal size ranges from 10 to 5000 nm or in the form of a cross-linked interlaced polymer provided with a plurality of spherical cavities whose size ranges from 10 to 1000nm. A method for the production thereof is also disclosed. Said invention makes it possible to increase the transdermal penetrability of the chitosan product and the capacity thereof with respect to medicinal or biologically active agents introduced therein.
