<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic thick film having a high permeability and a low resistivity and having a high microwave absorptivity even in a high-frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: The composite magnetic film 30 is composed of a magnetic phase 30a consisting of a metallic magnetic substance, and a high electric-resistance phase 30b being insularly dispersed in the magnetic phase and consisting of a high insulating ferrite and having a microwave absorbing function.
