PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel having excellent moisture resistance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The radiological image conversion panel having at least a phosphor layer laminated on a support has a characteristic wherein a coating layer including at least one metal including layer including a metal at least on the non-laminated surface side of the phosphor layer is formed. The manufacturing method of the radiological image conversion panel having at least the phosphor layer laminated on the support is characterized by including at least a CVD process for forming the metal including layer including the metal on the non-laminated surface side of the phosphor layer by a CVD method.
