PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control device which varies a braking force imparted on a movable body a control object in response by a rotating direction of a pressing member. SOLUTION: In the motion control device, a first and second valve mechanisms 50, 60 have functions for throttling flow rates of viscous fluids passing through the first and second passages 21, 22 respectively, wherein the throttle amount of the first valve mechanism 50 differs from that of the second valve mechanism 60.
