PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furniture with a foldable top plate in which a leg is moved smoothly and securely and a leg space of the foldable top plate at a development position is never narrowed unnecessarily. SOLUTION: In the furniture with the foldable top plate, the leg 5 is provided with a leg body 51 arranged in a standing posture and a horizontal member 52 extending in a horizontal direction from the upper end of the leg body 51. Between a wagon body 2 and a fixed top plate 3, the horizontal member 52 is supported. The furniture is provided with a guide supporting mechanism 6 for slide-moving the leg 5 between a using position (5x) for supporting the foldable top plate 4 existing at the development position (4x) and a housing position (5y) where the leg body 51 is housed between a first side face part 21 of the wagon body 2 and the foldable top plate 4 existing at a folding position (4y).
