A connecting rod (2) is connected at the gear shift rail in an axial direction to a journal. A fork provided in the transmission comprises a small plate (9) in a recess (7). A clip is provided for securing the small plate in the recess, and a sealing is provided for guiding the connecting rod in the housing.
